Hyde Park Mansion was amazing, but I would not call the current place a "dump". It's pretty par for the course for inner city London. I've splurged £300 to even £500 for some special treat SPs in my days, and none of them were in digs any different to TPC. No discernible difference between TPC and the most popular SP venue in town (Chelsea Cloisters).
