The problem with that statement is that you're not paying to just look at her. You're paying for a sexual interaction and performance, and according to the review this aspect was substandard.

I'm sure that she'll be grateful that you've reminded others of the negative review and elicited further negative comments about her though. That'll help her "shyness"!
