I know what you mean but try to think of it as a different experience. It takes me a while to get warmed up and I quite like the zero effort aspect once in a while. All the focus is on yourself, for virtually a full hour, by which time you're ready to explode.

Hi PP, I was tempted to ask you to expand on what you wanted me to expand on but I think that we've swapped messages or posts before so I'll resist.
