Comms: Very good, I rang in the morning for a meet towards the end of the day, we have a couple of text back and forth, to arrange exact location and special requests etc.
Location: Easy to find, once punched into the satnav is easy to find, seriously, I wouldn't have been able to find it without it, I think it took me the wrong way as the way home was much easier. I parked up at the postcode, plenty of free car parking at the little set of shops that the postcode brings you to, Sophies flat is literally 2 minutes from the postcode.
