So to recap;£120 per hour plus, as currently quoted £50 for CIM plus, from the sounds of it, an unadvertised extra for kissing taking her hourly rate for a fairly unspectacular list of services to £190 per hour.  She is offering a covered service at a top end price (£120 per hour) if you go without the extras. 

Given the OP's disappointment in her looks I don't think the review makes clear why he is recommending her with a positive review. Don't get me wrong - she is absolutely entitled to charge whatever rate she feels she can command.  However, personally I reflect on the judgement of anyone recommending her with this looks, service, price combination.
