Indies, FBSM and the Law

Hi guys, sorry if this has been covered before (ive read a few old old threads but think the law might be different now)

I had my first 'punt' last week and have another tomorrow, basically massage with HE, i pay for massage anyway.

The lady i saw seems to work alone and does not in any way seem coerced, she was gabbing on the whole time about temples, her previous job teaching, income taxes, shoes i should buy, shoulder stretches, the world in general- totally relaxed really--- not the action of a trafficked woman (i wouldnt want to be with someone forced to do the job regardless of the law!)

So if sticking with independent FBSM from the mailbox area am i correct in that i am not breaking the law, and have almost zero risk of a brush with the law? i guess the guy knocking the door asking questions in the middle of my session last week has made me a bit nervous

Unless she is underage and/or being coerced its not a crime to punt so no you aren't breaking the law. However I wouldn't know for definite whether any WG is really an Indie or not, not all pimps are obvious by their presence at the punt. If she actually doesn't work alone or another WG works out of the same premises even when your WG isn't their it would be a brothel, and the police could raid a brothel anytime they chose to.

Cheers she was in her 40s so definitely not underage, but point taken on pimps not always being present. The law on brothels seems odd, several girls working together are inherently safer than girls working alone
