It is probably better having the escort come to you as her place may not be wheelchair accessible, though if you're worried about safety it may be best to book a suitable hotel rather than use your place. Also, use a separate phone to contact escorts. Many guys French kiss escorts and for some guys it's essential. All down to what you prefer.

I suggest you pick out the SP with the best record of reviews in your area, who is reliable for advanced bookings and that takes your interest and see if you can work out the practicalities from there.  Do you have a mate who could help you to the door?

Many do work from hotels so are more accessible, ring them and ask if logistical to get your chair i, keep it simple and don't over complicate asking.
