On topic :after weeks of trying to make contact, I spoke with her last week. Prices aren't the same as the viva advert and wasn't able to meet as the times she was available, I wasn't (and Mersea is a fucking ball ache to get to when the tide is in etc)
Seemed genuine enough. I will see her if I'm able to get a time she's around and I am in that part of the world.
