Location - Leeds centre, parking in a nearby car park, 5 mins walk from her flat. Convenient cash point in the off licence at the top of her street (charged for taking money out though). Flat clean and tidy, bedroom and bed smelled good and sheets were clean. Probably lives there with some others.

Punt - I'm relatively easily pleased so this isn't going to be too exciting for some of the more red blooded members.
