Interesting feedback. It’s clear you’ve put a lot of thought into this! While I don’t necessarily see this forum as my ideal target audience, I’ve been lurking for a while, and I’m always open to hearing different perspectives.

Two weeks later I gave it another go. This time, I made sure to have other plans in the area. So radio silence made no difference. And again she did not respond when I arrived at the address. The following days I received at least 3 scam texts plus several scam calls...
