My experience is thst he has always been pretty uncompromising in that regard and hes big on exclusivity (barring some exceptions for girls who do some work out of London etc)

I started using maxes in 2013

I have never been charged extras by any of the girls at maxes except for filming but that one is made clear.

Whilst I think they go a bit photoshop crazy， and zi have some recent issues withthem being unable to accept fair critiscm generally speaking services are usually delivered well. The only thing that i have found hit and miss is Anal.

I think they have struggled to hold on to the best girls as there are quite a few now indie. I dont see any potential replacements in terms of the anything goes attitude of the likes of Isabel， Alex， Estelle snd Ashley and they are only available occasionally.

That said I stll think the agency is more reliable than most
