Comms: Very good. Not always an immediate response due to other commitments (reading between the lines; a job), but very clear.

For me it was worth it due to the service she provided, and I will go back when I have the chance but worth bearing in mind that you may end up paying someone's 1.5hr rate or not too far off a duo rate to get it.
