For me personally, to mark it Neutral, I'd expect some poor comms, issue with booking or outright misselling of offered services.  For a quick £50 release, it does the job. 

For my booking it was pretty simple, the service was truely anonymous as per what her profile states etc and for me this was fine.  In hindsight, yeah, the early rubber application could have been improved upon but that was the only real downside.

I respect the fact that it seems like others have had issues though. As I've learnt from this site though, everyone can have a different experience with the same SP.
