Yup , like I said I was trying for months to see her , sort of gave up in the end , the problem she has as she explained to me is , the amount of emails she gets , over 1700 in her inbox , it was by pure chance I saw her green light on Wednesday , and so I fired off a message , with the date , day and time in the heading , she was online and got back almost immediately , several messages later a time was agreed and numbers exchanged ,

I have to say though it wasn't straight forward from there either , she lives quite a distance into the countryside and her mobile signal was very hit and miss , luckily I had taken 2 phones with me , which was a good idea as my "meetings" phone had no signal at all when I arrived at the postcode , and we managed to sort out the final walk to her address with a mixture of texts and calls , so if you do get a reply and arrange a date and time take a back up phone just in case

Not wanting to delve into the realms of white knight but she is a pretty sound headed business women outside of punting, I had a cracking talk with her about the property market and she most definitely knows her stuff, you don't acquire knowledge like that without first hand experience.
