Viva Street seems to be full of EE and other nationalities in my area ( Plymouth), did find an English wg on there a few months ago that I have seen a few times. AW whilst not perfect by a long way is probably better.

+1.  I hardly look at and never used VS as it always looked a bit ropey and basic by comparison. I'm sure there are good punts to be had there just as obviously there are awful prossies on AW (and plenty advertise on both simultaneously) but AW profiles generally have more info in them and a much better layout.

Probably the best bet for a good experience is to whittle down a hotlist of potentials that appeal to you from a AW search then cross reference them with UKP reviews to try to get a reasonable idea of how their pics, spiel and enjoys list sounds like it matches the experiences of other punters.

Then after your punt post a review of your experience on UKP to pay back the membership of the site with your intel for the help it was to you in getting VFM (or not as the case may be). The vast majority of UKP reviews come from punts sourced on AW so theres a big network effect.

At the bottom of each AW profile is a unique profile number e.g.

copy and paste that into the UKP search box at the top right side of the page to bring up a list of posts and reviews associated with that prossie. Good luck

I use both VS and AW. I find Asian WG's tend not to pay the extra money on AW to show as 'Available Today', so rarely show up on a search in my area (Devon).
VS carries quite a few Asian WG's, but yes there is a lot of B&S and false 'Likes' in the list!

What makes AW best for me is the ability to search the profile number on UKP for instant feedback. Its much more difficult trying to do that with a profile on VS.
