I explained to her that is not always the case as they are separate services and hence the reason I asked them separately. She said she must have gotten confused however she charges extra for OWO and CIM. I said no way I am paying you extra for OWO and asked for my money back. She made a face, however returned all of my £90 back. I put my clothes on and made my getaway.

Summary - I was pondering a neutral however the time wasted in making the trek to Wimbledon despite asking her specifically about OWO warrants a negative. It is also not that she does not understand English as she speaks the language fluently. Proceed with caution on this one guys and confirm extras explicitly before seeing her.

Bearing in mind the only previous 'review' was by a tout who was subsequently banned, thanks for TOFTT and report.

He did let slip she was charging £10 extra for OWO, now it's up to £20 - and I wonder if she would try to charge a further £20 for CIM.

Her prices are too high, IMO, even without the hidden extras.

Well done to you for standing your ground and getting a full refund. That's the only way to make these con artists will think twice about what they are doing.
