Booked for 30 minutes through SMS. Phone / messages replied by someone else / maid.

Location - convenient n near to Colindale station but she keeps on changing the place. Few days back she was working from another address.
Communication - Given incorrect address initially. Also all messages / calls replied by someone else.
Room - big studio flat, Clean and tidy
Girl - same as photo looks even better while in person

so why neutral

- First I have been given incorrect address by maid.
- When I reached there, I have been told to wait for 2 minutes as WG is taking shower.
- After 5 minutes I got the call and been given the correct address. It took about 15 minutes from my first message to be inside the flat.
- WG doesn't speak English n she follows instructions as per maid who is not present in the flat. She and her maid is not at all accommodative.
- I had to leave the flat as she does not understand what I wanted and she was having very bad attitude.

My suggestion - Avoid...
