No Punter should ever feel they can't give a negative review and the reasons for negatives are what we look for in a review. The problem with SP's reading there reviews is they may take things to heart (as seen on other reviews where they comment).

If there is no malice involved negative reviews should be used as a feedback tool for SP's to improve there service on and not feel resentment. Just my opinion though
