I'd suggest that her health - mental and physical - is directly proportionate to to her drug use.

She is a prolific cannabis smoker - she was very open about this in person and includes it in her profile  She also appears to have taken payment in weed from punters according to members on here.

When I saw her on the second occasion she was almost certainly on some kind of stimulant as she was, quite literally, all over the place and extremely erratic.
