I don't, but a few considerations on this;
HIV can be passed through breast milk. if you're literally drinking it, that's likely to be a viral dose higher than a woman, swallowing during oral.
some girls that still work when pregnant, go bareback, think is a combination of a) the type of girl that is willing to still provide services when carrying and b) they figure they cant pregnant, so where's the harm.

if you do find one, please review, would be interesting to hear about

And condoms can break.  I have never read that drinking breast milk is MORE risky than, say, OWO.  This hobby is risky, but no need to send relative risk messages that are not based on data.

Breast milk contains HIV, and while small amounts of breast milk do not pose significant threat of infection to adults, it is a risk for infants.

note also it says small amounts, not mouthfuls. it would also depend on the viral load of the woman. data would be minimal given the group in question. not that I'm saying don't do it, more exercise caution (similar to not banging a girl that offers bb)
