Author Topic: First time punt  (Read 1117 times)

I'm looking for my first punt to review for the first time, However a lot of the well reviewed wg's I can see don't accept new clients without a review is there anyone from glasgow or Edinburgh area who would overlook this or someone who can recommend someone really good for the first time so I can get on the ladder? Someone preferably Scottish as I would be comfortable with easy communication skills for the first time?
All the help is appreciated
Thank you

Have you read the punting wiki guide for new punters

Or any of the numerous similar threads that have appeared recently?

Finally, when you do find a prossie you like, send a polite text or give her a call.

And don't overthink it

Hi Happyjose thank you for responding,
I have had a read of many threads, I was looking for recommendations that the regular users would be able to pass on as it would seem like a risk to go for someone who wasn't well reviewed and I would rather have a great time than not

You've been a member for nearly a year, and it looks like you haven't even come close to contacting a prossie in that time.

It's also clear that you either haven't bothered reading the wiki/similar threads, or if you have are ignoring the advice given there.

Every positive review is a recommendation, and there are thousands of them on here. All written by members to benefit you and me

There are no guarantees. Read the wiki on how to ask for recommendations and then come back

If you choose not to do this then it's likely that you're either a troll or a complete time waster

I have been a member on here for quite some time however not been logged in for quite a long time until a week back
However thank you for your advice

My suggestion to you as a newbie would be to go to one of the saunas in Edinburgh then move one from there. Ive had an AW account for years but I dont use it to book any prossies, I just get their phone number and work from there. The main reason I do it that way is due to my punting phone being a Nokia brick so no net access on it. (I like being safe that way). Anyway the point Im kinda making is dont worry too much about AW reviews as you can still get plenty of good punts without it.

The review section. The clue is in the name!
Are th newbies getting lazier or am I becoming less tolerant?

The OP is choosing to ignore advice given on the wiki, here and elsewhere (note how he deflects).

He's (politely) sticking two fingers up at the site and it's members. He has no interest in doing things according to the established culture. He can't be arsed researching here and on AW, and then posting links for WG's he's interested in. He'd rather others did all the work for him

Time will tell if he actually does make the next step

You missed this thread, just yesterday. Hidden in plain sight, with the thread title Beginner Advise(sic):

There if you look. That's what I mean about putting some effort in yourself.

Makes that wee emoji you've posted quite ironic

Good luck to you though.....
