It's rather irrelevant to the OP's point - he just wanted to know the difference between 45mins and 60mins @ HOD, not a discussion about London prices.

Price is not an indication of quality and there are too many punters suggesting you generally have to pay £150 for a good punt. 

If you book 30mins, you should get 30mins, whatever the price. It's misleading and experienced punters know what they want and how long it takes, and being cut short on time can stuff things up.

I don't think there's a company policy on cum limits, it's generally as many times as you can manage, but I guess each individual girl might have other ideas, particularly if there's only 5 mins left.

It generally takes me 45mins to cum once after doing all the other things I like, so that appointment length suits me at the HoD places. 30mins seems too rushed for me and an hour can drag.

There is an issue at HoD that they continue to book appointments back-to-back. It's generally OK if the girl doesn't have an appointment before or after you, but if you get sandwiched, your time will often be cut.

Best get there 3-5 mins early, hopefully you can get showered and into a room by your start time.
