There's no excuse for radio silence, well, almost none. I enquired as to what was going on when she recently said she wasn't taking any bookings at all on her AW, and she said there had been some kind of incident which prompted her to leave the whole thing for a short period. It's possible your booking got lost in that time. Still no reason not to cancel though and you should expect better at £250 p/h
