I am overseas at the moment and have punted whilst being here id like to review but of course there is no section for this what would you guys recommend would be a good way to do this

Ye i have looked in that area but when i click post review there are no global options

why would you want a "global" option?
You report in the correct geographic area

There are no review options for the abroad category

Just post in the relevant geographical area
