So called up and said it was Fredrika herself answering. She said £ 130 for 1 hour for outcall to my hotel, with everything as advertised. She came on time but there was a friend in tow. Nothing like in the picture, but slim, tall and blonde (my type) so decided to go ahead. Said a duo for £250. I said not interested and paid up the £130. She then asked for a £19 for taxi. I was really in a hurry and paid up without listening to the warning bells. She send her friend away and then started talking about money for her. I said that is what I paid and then she said it was for the agency. I told her that no such thing was said otherwise I would have gone for a reputed agency and not independent (I should have done that in retrospect). She became loud and rude. So I told her to get out as I had lost all interest.

Lesson learned
1. The ad says German girl only for 1 month in London - Since she is on short stay she will be able to cheat the maximum without it affecting her business - So do not fall for such ads
2. Agency is better than independent in London
3. My bad time 
Total £ 140 and time lost

Sorry you had to learn the harsh way on your first time but next time you'll know that photos too good to be true are a sure indicator of something bad if you follow thru.  A girl with those looks probably asks for 200+ ph at the "reputable" agencies so the price was a huge warning sign.

I had a similar experience in Vegas from an outcall I placed foolishly thinking "Vegas baby!"  I handed over the cash and then she started refusing the services I was expecting based on website info.
