Since she now only offers outcalls, imo she shouldn't be asking for more money. I always thought the logic of an outcall being more expensive is to compensate the girl for the added inconvenience of travel. For example, if a girl spends half an hour travelling to a punt, and an hour with the punter, then half an hour travelling back, that's 2hrs gone but she's been paid only once. In 2 hrs at her incall location, she could've took two (or more) bookings in that time, and earned more.
