Has anyone seen her recently?

I've sent her a lot of AW emails to try to make a booking over the past few months and either get no reply or reply a few days later saying "I've just seen this".  Some of her AW feedback suggests others are also having issues with her comms.

I've seen TT&T (Jess) before and had a great time, but she has proved a bit unreliable on the last couple of times I've tried to meet up, with the worst occasion being today when she cancelled an hour before a meet arranged earlier in the week.
