On Wednesday, defence advocate Susan Duff told the court that her client had expressed remorse for his actions.
Ms Duff told the court her client originally thought he hadn't broken the law.

Honest Guv a didnae mean it.

Look out for all the high horses being jumped on in Edinburgh by the Great and the Good who think we are ther scum of the earth.

Surprised they didn't throw trafficking charges at him -if he was importing girls from Poland you'd think it would have been an easy charge to add

Oh the very moral fabric of society is at risk here, were going to all burn in hell.....

Nope were not.

Its funny how they get up and bleat about this being terrible and an example of exploitation. Thing is really in the grand scheme of things is it any worse than a massage ? These girls were doing massage and they were doing handjobs, it got the guys in and they made a lot of money. If no one was being held against their freewill then where was the issue ? what was the issue ?

When are they going to wake up and be done with it. Legalise it and allow it. don't hide your head in the sand as it will find another way to occur, you cant eradicate it. is it such a terrible thing ?

had been to a few of them and they were great looking girls who did good service.

What is odd is only certain organisations are charged?

Yes. Very strange when you consider what the Roma traffickers are up to in parts of Glasgow according to last week's BBC documentary.
No prosecutions there, seemingly.

Which girls did he manage ...... ?
Banned reason: White-knight abusing facility to change another punters negative review and then getting abusive after his touting and white-knighting is exposed. Previously banned for similar reasons.

I was thinking more of the saunas.

I was thinking more of the saunas.
Yes, I did think about that, but the Saunas don't go recruiting girls or pay them directly (I think). They just organise the premises and charge a rent.
That said, were it not for an 'understanding' with the Crown Office, the sauna operators could be open to charges. Seems the authorities are happy to take a pragmatic approach, meantime.

Yes you are right saunas claim they don't know what is going on in the room.
