Absolutely agree, was there the same day and Amira was on the couch when I saw Michelle as well so concur. Though I didn't find Michelle unattractive - nice body and smiles and is very friendly, but not a looker facially. Superb service though.

My report is on here. Hugely disappointing. I guess she gets away with it as there are so few Indian girls. It may have just been me, but my worst experience at HOD.
