One of the central tenets of this site is that the reviewer determines the rating (because he was the one doing the pumpin'). Others can post attempts to influence a change of rating, but only the reviewer can legitimately request a revision of the rating. It's in the rules, but it's also an prominent aspect of the ethos of the site, and most members understand this. Therefore, an experienced member claiming to have made an error that contravenes this central principle seems incredible. If true, then it's incompetence rather than error as you should've already known better. If you're incompetent to this level then perhaps it's too much for you and you should relinquish the additional access and privileges.
If you had made a genuine error and Sinz had rectified this, then the correct response would've been "Cheers Sinz, I made a mistake but I'll do better in future". You wouldn't have altered the rating further as you observably did.
You don't come across as incompetent (more sleekit and proud of it), so therefore there appears to be another explanation for the reason you initially changed the rating on this review, and why you needed the record to demonstrate that YOU were the member to ultimately change the rating. Whatever your motivation you seemed oblivious to the fact that you'd leave evidence of the revisions you made. If your motivation was discordant with the site ethos, then again you should relinquish the additional access and privileges.
Instead of the brass-neck bluster, obfuscation, diversionary tactics, etc, you should properly address the questions and evidence.
