I can't properly answer that as all my experience in Blackpool has been with Thais or EE girls (of which there are few). Having said that, there are few who meet your criteria - as the responses to this earlier thread show https://www.ukpunting.com/index.php?topic=141622.0.

In general, Blackpool is a punting desert. Today AW is showing 57 profiles within 7 miles of the town centre. If you remove the foreigners, druggies, street girls and fugglies from that you don't have much choice left. Blackpool isn't the punting haven that people expect: there's little money in the town and most decent girls go somewhere with a higher earnings potential pretty quickly.

I text about a month ago and was told it was closed. Not seen the shutters up for a while and I pass it most days but I might be wrong. If you do go and find it open let me know please
