It is racist, having stipulation on race for a product/ service in any legitimate business would lead to a civil suit and compensation.
 
Punter and prostitute is a business relationship, and to discriminate on race would lead to civil suit in any form of legitimate business.

If this is the Debbie who organises the greedygirlsparty then LOVES blacks guys. The Caucasian thing may be from those who are dreaming about the party a doubt it will take place. May be in their imagination perhaps. Debbie is busy down south and also at the studio in Bristol. Yes she may have issues with Asians. Haven't met one at any of her parties yet.
Now discrimination is always wrong and shouldn't take place in today's world.  But on the bright side,  all the top girls I know and fancy doesn't discriminate  . As a white straight man I can still make a complaint about any race, gender or otherwise mking any comments or actions that I feel are inappropriate. It's not how the comment or action is made/ meant it's how it's perceived. So white to white, black to black, female to female, male to male or whatever makes no difference. If it did, it would prevent any other discrimination being proven.
