They're a brand with a number of different SPs trading under its banner.  Whether they have permanent premises or are a pop-up (no different to an operation that keeps being moved on) they're still a collective so qualify as a parlour/shop/spa.

An indie will only have her own personal website or advert trading as her own "brand" at a location no one else uses, ideally at all but certainly not during her shift.  They may work in a brothel (go check definition of brothel under UK law) but only by renting the room individually (usually indicative of ropey circumstances).
