Been doing this a long time and seen a lot of those notices and never not had the offer of extras. Its more the opposite actually. The classy places tend not to have them cos its not even expected that it will be an issue.

First time post, but here are some mini reviews of a couple of places:

Amongst a parade of shops, so fairly indiscreet. Has been a different asian woman there each time I've been (five times now). The massage is generally pretty good, and extras always offered though I haven't pushed for anything more then nude HR. The first time I was there I opted for B2B but it wasn't really - just a bit of topless rubbing of boobs over my chest and stomach.
