As a relative new member (wish had joined earlier) it's easy. Press the post review button, put her name in title and write about it in some detail as to content but avoid exact details of location etc to protect them. Then post. The most difficult thing is to copy and paste the AW number. But I found if you type it out exactly it works. We will help you out and admin also seems great. It'll take a few minutes each really unless you write a tome. Good luck, Grasshopper 
SW is right - do not say too much that it might identify the girl more than she wishes, but as for the rest, a good bit of wanking material has never been faulted
In relation to the link, I have always found it quite easy if you have a mouse, (usual click & drag) as it appears towards the end of the girl's profile page. A pain if you are on an iPad - where you have to spread your figures like a girl's legs!
If you are in the Rhondda, have you seen anyone interesting up there apart from the Poles?
