Dude, you are going to have to check the report again. There is a reason I reported it as a question. The site rules are grey on this area and I wanted clarification. That's all.

When i said banned i was referring to banning posting pictures from a private gallery.

Essentially, i think we need a definitive line in the site rules about allowing/banning the posting of pictures from a private gallery. It would do away with the bickering over the morality of it. The fact that i wouldn't do it shouldn't necessarily stop anyone else from doing it. That said, where it becomes stalking/outing/harassment/criminal activity then it should clearly  be forbidden.

Anyway, I'll climb down off my soapbox now.
