Yeah I think youre probably right. At least thats what I pretty much always assume to be the case. Its the only sensible starting point if you want to realistically consider the level of risk you run. For me I think it goes up a level when they actually advertise it as at that point the risk that they catch something massively increases and therefor the risk to us. All that being said, I recently discovered a (now retired) old favourite of mine was a regular (though unadvertised) BBer and it chilled my blood.
