Apart from the price, there doesn't appear too much to choose - except age.  And if all you're going for is hand relief, I would think that the cheaper would be the better.  If she doesn't do it to your satisfaction tell her what you like.  YOU are in charge and YOU are paying for it.

Yep, I'm thinking of going Rachael. Simply because she's £10 cheaper and in an easier spot for me, and people here saying the differences aren't a big deal.

I've personally had no problems with either in terms of reliability or service. They are both great at what they do. It all depends upon what you want, but Miss Splits is definitely a very naughty lady and will get you off whereas Rachel is more gfe.

For me it would depend upon how dirty I was feeling!
