She is by far and away the worst punt I've ever had. She also has major mental health issues which she admitted to me. Avoid her like the plague.

I'm not so sure I'd call her vulnerable. But I'd says she certainly doesn't enjoy the job and is only there to feed a habit, likely her boyfriends too.

Perhaps vulnerable was not quite the right word, but she seemed a bit lost and really sad. Perhaps that was just the effect I had on her

She was a complete space cadet the time I saw her. Seems to be a theme from what others have seen her have said. Someone also said she worked in a parlour in Manchester but got the heave because of her attitude.
