I'm living in central London in a small set of flats and the flat above is owned by a guy living in the US.  He had been renting it out furnished via AirBnb but stopped before Christmas but in the last couple of days have heard signs of someone moving around, playing music etc. 

Anyway, this afternoon I'm sitting quietly doing my VAT stuff and started to hear furniture being moved around upstairs and then the unmistakable noise of a girl getting fucked; lots of high rhythmic moans.  This goes on for five minutes or so and then the standard crescendo.   All goes quiet for ten minutes then it starts up again, lots of moaning and she's definitely getting fucked.  Ten minutes later the main door slams closed.

I own a upmarket(ish) apartment in Hertfordshire, and I have rented it out for the last 3 years to a professional couple.

Looking at some of the reviews in the East England forum it is clear (from descriptions in the reviews of the punt, and the picture of the WL reviewed (more importantly the background of the room) that there are perhaps a couple of apartments in this block being used by escorts.

It doesn't really bother me as long as its not mine, but it would be interesting to try and book an appointment with one of these WLs next time I am in the UK (one does look hot!)and freak them out by letting myself into the communal hallways with my key fob for it.

When I work I  I work for an agency who prep`s houses and flats for rental ...Believe me you don't want one to be used as a knocking shop,  Neighbours know, the old bill call be involved if you have a wiff of what is going on you can be in trouble too. Never mind the fact that even after they have trashed / left unclean the place Gentlemen callers like ourselves  who think they are special turn up weeks and months after the WG`s have gone never mind if you have a Sergi who owes cash to a Boris who bangs on the door at 1 in the morning to find out where Sergi has gone to ( happened to agency I work for who had to leave a letter on door of property to stop this ). Tenancy agreements work both ways would you and you family  rent a house /flat that was a knocking shop etc ... My 2p worth Oh if you try and freak out a WG Sir be afraid their "Friends" bite far worse than they bark

When I first moved into my flat in Croydon (the property was split into 2 flats on 3 levels), there were drug dealers living in the flat above me, I worked this out with all the coming and goings, however when they moved out before they were raided (it happened about 2 days after they left) the flat was rented out once again, I knew something was going on up there, knock on the door, hello come in a voice would say then foot steps up the stairs 25 - 30 minutes later, foot steps down the stairs, goodbye and the door would shut, this was repeated most of the evening and at weekends, when the flat was once again up for sale I was talking to the builders who showed me still pinned to the bedroom door the menu for a massage parlour, I had noticed several women coming and going from the flat during the evenings, assumed this must be the evening shift.  Missed my chance there as I do enjoy a good massage

There might be more of this going on than you think, as often girls try to keep things as quiet as possible. A place I used to go was on the ground floor, you would tap on the window instead of using the doorphone, once inside the building the WG could then see you through a spyhole in the door and let you in very quietly, nothing said at the door. No real effort to keep things quiet in the bedroom though, I gues  they thought that sound didn't travel upwards.

I had this happen to me when I lived in Notts the flat above me was rented out. On your day off you could hear the doorbell ring, "hello come on up" then shagging followed by the goodbye. Very occaisionally my doorbell would ring and it would be the punter who had got the wrong doorbell. So pleased that has never happened to me, some looked mortified & would walk away others just pressed the correct doorbell. Never paid a visit when I lived but did return when I left Notts was well before I found this site!
