Yes, been there. Something made me refrain from asking for hand relief, maybe her no nonsense approach, but I was glad I didn't because her husband was outside when I came out of the room. I'm assuming nothing goes on there, but she did say she sometimes has another woman working there sometimes when they're busy. I did try to get a massage early one Friday evening but the husband was there he said I should have booked.
