At any given time there are usually four or five Romanian or Polish pop-up brothels in the roads off New Hall Lane. Sometimes in the flats, more usually one of the terraced houses. On average they last about four weeks before moving on, some last a little longer. Rarely do you find anything worthwhile, and the Romanian girls are nearly always "managed". found her, she's in a house in Samuel St which rotates girls frequently. I understand its controlled by Poles but they buy girls from anywhere for a week or two at a time. Lot of Poles living around New Hall Lane, and they control most of the brothels there.

Thats interesting......I thought they'd stopped using those council flats because the fighting neigbours raised too much police attention. One bunch moved from the flats to Fishwick  Parade, got kicked out of there and moved to Blackburn. If you're right there must be two addresses on Samuel St at the moment

Most of those if not all of those council flats on Samuel Street have been sold off at auction & are for owner occupier only, no sub-letting
whatsoever.
