Booked to go see Rebecca for a relaxing massage and HE, phoning a couple of hours before I wanted the appointment to see of she was available. She answered, spoke very good English and agreed to the time, and told me to ring or text her when I was in town so she could give me directions.
Got into Gosport and parked up, with about 15 minutes to spare, so I gave her a call. The phone rang on for a while, so I assumed she was with a previous client. Gave a text, waited until my booked time, and no answer. Ok, maybe she's overrun or clearing up after the previous client. Gave another few mintes, rang again and still no answer.
Getting a bit pissed off now, as had arranged a time and it seemed like she was ignoring me. Sent a text asking her to reply ASAP, if not ten I'll go elsewhere.
She responds with "so sorry, can you do tomorrow?"
I said forget about it, I wont bother coming back there to be messed around like that.
All told, a huge negative point messing a client around after they booked a time with you and leaving them waiting in the cold.
