I realise that, hence why it should automatically be a negative.

The mere fact he was B&S'd is a clear warning to others to avoid, plus with the poor service and no availability of a lot of the likes list makes this a helpful review IMO

I try to be careful when replying to a review, especially when I strongly disagree with the OP
