How are these found or is it a certain somebody on here who can get access to them?

You can only see verification pics if an escort has chosen to allow her profile visitors to see them.
Under the main profile fotos you'll often (not always) see a green box with the words"verified Member", if you click that box you'll be able to see the veri photo (provided the escort allows access to it), if you click on pic it will enlarge.

Like for example this profile

Adultwork gives the option to search exclusively for profiles that allow V-pics to be seen.
When doing an AW search look and tick the authentication options that say "Has a verification Photo" and "that I can see".

Just to add to the above, once a hooker "hides" her veri-pic or the profile is shut down, then the short generic link [1] as above ceases to work; but the longer link [2] as above will always still work, irrespective of the status of the AW profile itself...

Her short veri-pic link is also defunct - External Link/Members Only

But her longer veri-pic link will always remain effective - External Link/Members Only
