Expecting a bait and switch but curious to see.

On approaching the flats I was texted to say my first 2 choices were now busy, I need to wait 10 mins.  offered 3rd girl so said I would meet her and see.

Went to room 725 and the attractive, surly 35+ woman said 1hr no 30 mins, so I said "no thanks" she said "80" but I'd already decided the attitude stank

Had to wait 15 mins for room 333.

Greeted by attractive 5'4" slim chinese probably 30+ but looks younger, a-cups, long nips but not corks

All seemed nice so had shower and laid down for attention.  She disappointed I didn't want a (timewasting) massage so tried to delay things by "caressing" me.  No attempt to get the passion going.
No kissing.
Listless cowgirl so got her into doggie and took my time.
Checked her phone a couple of time between fake gasping and moans.  Had a shouted conversation in Mandarin with her flat mate through the closed door. (3 in total and a burly bouncer bloke; most disconcerting)

There was a time that some of the orientals were quite "honourable", in fact a few past receptionists (possibly retired WGs) have happily negotiated regular discounts and refunds for poor service.  It seems with the drop in quality of the girls, the crap exchange rate and perhaps more "organised" involvement that the whole "full service a la Orient" experience has gone well past the u-bend.

It doesn't matter whether you find them from WeChat, Vivast..., Backpgs, Acem......, AW or wherever.  If you can find genuine independents then perhaps you're on to better odds.

Apologies if it breaks house rules.

However as the complex has many rooms, not being specific could unjustifiably condemn good, unassociated providers in the same block, as it's an infamous block for the number of WGs it has hosted at any one time and over the years.  I was visiting (much missed) EE and Oriental lovelies here as far back as 2004.
