Just re-read your review, as it wasn't your fault you were late the agency really should have let you have 1 hr, if there was time. A couple of years ago I was 20 mins late for a booking, the agency (not Mckenzies) let me have still the 1hr booking.

I asked about making the time up and was told that the room was booked after, so we couldn't run over.

The experience doesn't surprise me. Years ago I used to use them and virtually all the encounters were rubbish, no kissing
or OWO and efforts to get me done and out asap. There are better and more reliable agencies about.
