After several further cordial emails during which I went on to illustrate the above and why I felt she'd let me down a little. We got some way back into communicating in a relaxed manner and Isla conceeded my point, offering me a hhr at the discounted rate of £40.

I received this while out and inebriated, so foolishly I responded with "how about an hr at £80 then".  The next day after realising my mathmatical error I apologised and said that I'd actually meant £90 for an hr.  Which was the same reduction but from her hourly rate rather than her hhr rate.

This is when it got a little weird.  Her response was that as the original booking was for a hhr she'd based the offer on that, but if I wanted an hour, she would take £10 off the second half hour too so that would be £100. 

C'est la vie.

Isla being the savvy minx she is has stated she would only reduce it by a further £10 (£30hh reduction + an extra £10 ifhe upped upto an hour booking, originally at £120 but at 2Xhh=£140 minus the reduction =£100 ).
I personally think bbd should put this down as bring a life lesson and put it behind him, onto bigger and better things in 2017

Main thing is he got too attached and is right not to see her again.

Her offer of a discounted booking was generous , not something I'd expect from a WG.

Tying up unimportant loose ends, she offered BBB 30 mins for £40 ( £30 discount , the same £30 she subsequently donated to IOW birds charity ). He said thanks and can I extend that to 60 minutes and so pay her £90 ( still a £30 discount from her set £120 rate , he said £80 initially but saw his mistake and corrected to £90 ). He asked for no additional discount beyond the offered and agreed £30. Doesn't make sense to me either. If a punter books 30 minutes, asks if he can extend to a full hour beforehand and it is agreed on he is charged for an hour, not for 2 separate 30 minute sessions. I cannot see her logic here, maybe she got flustered or had already changed her mind about wanting to see him again.

So, in simple terms:-
...Isla was asking for £40 for discounted half hour plus £70 for full hour = £110
...and Billy was asking for full hour rate of £120 less £30 discount = £90

That being the case I can see the issue........I guess common sense would be to settle for £100,

Think I've worked out how this actually panned out. BBD on getting the £40 for half hour discounted offer and being pissed thought I know I will double it and ask for one hour for £80. After all he got half hour extra gratis on his previous punt with Isla so he thinks she not only gives great service but is a soft touch.

On getting no reply the following day BBD realises his 'mistake' and apologises offering a revised £90 (£120-£30)

Now Isla thinks but you wanted two discounted half hours at £40 each joined together at £80 you chancer so I will play that game and offer the first half hour at £40 and even give you £10 off the £70 for the second half hour you wanted making it £100 (£40 + £60)

So its obvious who is smart and fair in this and who is taking the piss.
