I thought that there were more than 12 guys there. 15-16 I would say but I could be wrong. Also, even if there were only 12 guys there, the ratio is more like 4:1 as the lap dancer isn’t a “party girl” in the same way that the others are.

Negatives:-
The late arrival of the pole dancer shouldn’t mean that the bedroom action should start 10-15 minutes late. A little management intervention would have been good to get the party started on time.
Isabelle clearly has her regulars who attend the parties just because she is on but she doesn’t seem to spend as much time partying in the bedrooms as the other two.

Positives for me:-
Kay had a brilliant attitude & seemed to love being fucked time & time again.

they need to maintain the set ratio as these parties are now becoming popular imo. You are right about dancer and should have go5 her on sooner.

I'm not sure what you mean by "victim of their own success". The parties have been running for a while now & they are popular. My only concern with popularity is that instead of the parties having a manageable ratio with eager girls giving lots of opportunities to play with them, that high ratios lead to a gangbang atmosphere.
