AdultWork makes all WGs Romanian !

There has been a lot on the news recently about immigration numbers showing Romanians are now the largest migrant group from the EU, I just hope the were not using figures supplied by AW....

I was trying to find a particular profile recently and discovered a glitch on the AW site, which can make all WGs become Romanian…..

Hit Search button

Numerous names appear as expected.

However..... If you now add

Nationality: Romanians - Exclude (my preference for various reasons)

Hit Search again, many of the names no longer appear...apparently AW have decided that if the WG hasn't verified their profile, preferably with a passport, then they must be Romanian!

I just hope HM Border Control is not using the same computer system

A slight increase from the 30-40% usual share of Romanians....

Have you let AW know about this bug by the way?

Yeah noticed the same thing a few months back; I also have saved "safe" searches which are set to exclude barebackers and Roms howver it appears that if a girl doesn't have a nationality specified then they are automatically excluded

That's just not the case, when you set the search to exclude any nationality it only shows profiles that state one. Try it on a small area like middlebrough, normal search - 90 profiles, exclude 'Vatican City' and that drops to 59. I'm sure the 'boro' haven't got 31 prossies that religious.

Interesting point, I used Romanians as they were the ones I wanted to exclude, hadn't considered the Vatican City as a great source of WGs   

I just saw on an old QI episode on Dave saying that Vatican City has the lowest age of consent, 12, a hangover from the old Italian laws, and the highest per capita crime rate, 600 crimes to 500 official residents, not sure what this signifies other than you can do anything with statistics....
